These Terms & Conditions govern your use of maidinvegas.net and any services you book with Maid in Vegas.

1. Services

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined on our website. Service availability is subject to scheduling and staffing.

2. Booking & Payment
  • Bookings must be confirmed in advance.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major payment methods (cash, credit card, online payment).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

5. Liability

Maid in Vegas is insured; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not reported during service. Clients are responsible for securing valuables.

6. Use of Website

By using maidinvegas.net, you agree not to misuse the site or its content.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of changes.

Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms between Maid in Vegas (“Service Provider”) and the Client.

1. Scope of Services

Maid in Vegas agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined during booking, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb turnovers.

2. Payment Terms
  • Fees will be confirmed at booking.

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Short-notice cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Notify of any delicate or valuable items.

  • Ensure pets are secured, if applicable.

5. Liability & Insurance

Maid in Vegas is fully insured. We are not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damages

  • Unsecured valuables

6. Satisfaction

If you’re unhappy with service, notify us within 24 hours for a follow-up cleaning or resolution.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

8. Agreement

By booking services, the Client agrees to these terms.
