At Maid in Vegas, we strive to provide high-quality, professional cleaning services and ensure customer satisfaction on every job. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve put together this refund policy to explain how we handle refunds and adjustments.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will:
✅ Return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge
✅ Work with you to address any service issues promptly

2. Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered for completed services. Instead, we provide:

  • Re-cleaning of areas that did not meet agreed standards

  • Service credits toward future appointments, when appropriate

Full or partial monetary refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of Maid in Vegas management.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge; full refund if pre-paid

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund; full service fee will be charged

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

5. How to Request a Refund or Re-clean

  • Service date

  • Description of the issue

We’ll review the request and respond within 2 business days.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on maidinvegas.net with the effective date.
